截至2月19日当周，美国炼油厂平均投入1220万桶/天，比前一周平均水平减少约260万桶/天。炼油厂以68.6%的产能运营。
汽油产量下降，平均770万桶/天。馏分燃料产量下降，平均360万桶/天。

EIA: US crude inventories up 1.3 million bbl
US crude oil inventories for the week ended Feb. 19, excluding the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, increased by 1.3 million bbl from the previous week, according to data from the US Energy Information Administration.
At 463.0 million bbl, US crude oil inventories are at the 5-year average for this time of year, the EIA report indicated.
EIA said total motor gasoline inventories were virtually unchanged from last week and are about 1% above the 5-year range for this time of year. Finished gasoline inventories increased while blending component inventories both decreased last week. Distillate fuel inventories decreased by 5.0 million bbl last week and are about 3% above the 5-year average for this time of year.
Propane-propylene inventories decreased by 5.2 million bbl last week and are about 17% below the 5-year average for this time of year, EIA said.
US refinery inputs averaged 12.2 million b/d for the week ended Feb. 19, about 2.6 million b/d less than the previous week’s average. Refineries operated at 68.6% of capacity.
Gasoline production decreased, averaging 7.7 million b/d. Distillate fuel production decreased, averaging 3.6 million b/d.
US crude oil imports averaged 4.6 million b/d, down 1.3 million b/d from the previous week. Over the last 4 weeks, crude oil imports averaged 5.7 million b/d, 13.3% less than the same period last year. Total motor gasoline imports averaged 531,000 b/d. Distillate fuel imports averaged 303,000 b/d.
