交易总额比上一季度下降了48.1%,与过去四个季度的平均值84.4亿美元相比下降了9%。
在20年第四季度亚太地区油气行业跨境并购额达到204.3亿美元,占全球油气行业跨境并购总额的37.59%。中国以30.64%的股份和62.6亿美元的交易额成为亚太地区油气行业跨境并购交易额最大的国家。
20年第四季度在交易活动方面,亚太地区共获得53笔跨境交易,比上一季度下降18.46%,比过去四季度平均水平下降8.62%。马绍尔群岛本季度获得17笔交易。
20年第四季度,前五大油气行业跨境并购交易额占总交易额的90.2%。前五名跨境并购交易的总价值为69.2亿美元,而本季度的总交易额为76.8亿美元。

Asia-Pacific oil and gas M&A deals total US$7.68 billion in 4Q20
Total oil and gas industry cross border M&A deals worth US$7.68 billion were announced in Asia-Pacific 4Q20.
The value marked a decrease of 48.1% over the previous quarter and a drop of 9% when compared with the last four-quarter average of US$8.44 billion.
Asia-Pacific held a 37.59% share of the global oil & gas industry cross border M&A deal value that totalled US$20.43 billion in 4Q20. With a 30.64% share and deals worth US$6.26 billion, China was the top country in Asia-Pacific’s cross border M&A deal value across oil and gas industry.
In terms of deal activity, Asia-Pacific recorded 53 cross border deals during 4Q20, marking a decrease of 18.46% over the previous quarter and a drop of 8.62% over the last four-quarter average. Marshall Islands recorded 17 deals during the quarter.
Top deals
The top five oil and gas industry cross border M&A deals accounted for 90.2% of the overall value during 4Q20.
The combined value of the top five cross border M&A deals stood at US$6.92 billion, against the overall value of US$7.68 billion recorded for the quarter.
