据道琼斯2月12日消息，西班牙雷普索尔公司周四表示，公司已通过旗下私募股权投资基金Repsol Corporate ventures与伊梅卡尔公司(Imecal SA)合作成立一家新公司，将城市固体垃圾转化为生物乙醇。

Repsol, Imecal Create New Company to Turn Waste Into Bioethanol
Repsol SA said Thursday that it has created a new company through its private-equity investment fund Repsol Corporate Venturing and in partnership with Imecal SA to transform solid urban waste into bioethanol.
The Spanish energy player said the company, called Perseo Biotechnology, will improve waste management and use the bioethanol obtained from urban waste as low-carbon footprint fuel. Repsol will retain a 25% stake in the new partnership.
