据阿塞新闻3月4日消息:据阿塞拜疆国家石油基金(SOFAZ)报告,该基金在2021年前两个月从该国主要油气田获得的收入达5.78亿美元。
Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli油田是里海阿塞拜疆地区最大的油田,在这项收入中占5.745亿美元。
Shah Deniz是世界上最大的凝析气田之一,今年1至2月,该基金从该油田获得的收入为350万美元,而Shah Deniz凝析油的销售收入为350万美元。
此前有报道称,SOFAZ在今年前两个月的外汇拍卖中出售了10亿美元的基金。

根据法令,SOFAZ于1999年12月成立,是阿塞拜疆的主权财富基金,为未来几代人积累和保存该国的石油和天然气收入。SOFAZ的基本使命是确保国家石油财富的代际平等,为子孙后代积累和维护石油收入。
该基金通过出售石油合同积累收入,并于2003年开始向阿塞拜疆国家预算拨款。到目前为止,SOFAZ对该国GDP的贡献超过80%。
ACG油田开发合同于1994年9月20日签署,12月生效。ACG区块开发合同于2017年9月延长至2050年。

SOFAZ's revenues from oil, gas fields hit $578m in Jan-Feb
Revenues of Azerbaijan's State Oil Fund (SOFAZ) from the country’s major oil and gas fields amounted to $578 million in the first two months of 2021, the Fund has reported.
Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli block of fields, which are the largest oil field in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, accounted for $574.5 million of this revenue.
The fund’s revenues from the Shah Deniz field, which is among the world’s largest gas-condensate fields, amounted to $3.5 million in January- February, while revenues from the sale of condensate from Shah Deniz were $3.5 million.
Earlier it was reported that SOFAZ sold funds in the amount of $1 billion at foreign currency auctions in the first two months of the year.
It should be noted that SOFAZ's revenues from the country’s major oil and gas fields amounted to $3.8 billion in 2020, with Azeri-Chirag- Guneshli accounting for $3.5 billion of this revenue and Shah Deniz for $293.9 million.
SOFAZ was established in December 1999 by the Decree and is a sovereign wealth fund of Azerbaijan, which accumulates and preserves the nation's oil and gas revenues for future generations. The fundamental mission of SOFAZ is to ensure intergenerational equality with regard to the country's oil wealth and to accumulate and safeguard the oil revenues for generations to come.
The Fund accumulates income from the sale of oil contracts, and in 2003 it started to make transfers to the state budget of Azerbaijan. As for now, SOFAZ contribution to the country’s GDP is over 80 percent.
The contract for the development of the ACG oil fields was signed on September 20, 1994, and entered force in December. The contract for the development of the ACG block was extended to 2050 in September 2017.
The shareholders in the ACG project are BP (operator, 30.37 percent), SOCAR (25 percent), MOL (9.57 percent), INPEX (9.31 percent), Equinor (7.27 percent), ExxonMobil (6.79 percent), TPAO (5.73 percent), ITOCHU (3.65 percent), onGC Videsh Limited (OVL) (2.31 percent).
