Li Yuanyuan，A Man Who Has an Eye to Find “Treasures”

Li Yuanyuan, a mechanical engineer in Sinopec 206 drilling team of Wupu Drilling Company of North China Petroleum Bureau, not only takes good care of his tools, but also has an eye to find treasures in ordinary things.
Please, don’t touch my tools!
Li Yuanyuan’s work has much to do with drilling devices, thus the tools for repairing and maintaining the devices are part of his job.
“These tools are all my treasures. And they are musts for device’s examination and repair, so please do not press too hard when using them.” When someone is coming to borrow his tools, Li Yuanyuan always tells them like this.
Li Yuanyuan often says, “The devices always need good maintenances, do not forget!”
A small adjustable wrench is always in his pocket, he is always ready to fix any devices failure in inspections.
Li Yuanyuan’s storehouse is clean and tidy. He has made many small boxes by plastic bottles, and given each of them a number, then put them on the shelf in order.
A washing machine
Li Yuanyuan loves fixing things. In his eyes, the abandoned goods could be turned into a “treasure” again by his hands.
There was a washing machine in the drilling team, which had been abandoned for almost a year. However, when Li Yuanyuan discovered it, he believed it could still be useful after repairing. So he moved the washing machine into his house. Then it turned out to work again in less than half a day.
The washing machine soon became everyone’s treasure. In his room, the washing machine was often as busy as a bee. Li Yuanyuan was very happy about this and told everybody, “please use my washing machine, I would repair it if it breaks down again.”
As soon as the night shift was over, Sang Jianwei would throw his uniforms into the washing machine. Just a breakfast’s break, the washing was done. He said as hanging out the clothes, “I have been washing the clothes by my hands for a year, and now I need not to do this anymore.”

“Yuan, would you please help me do a haircut?”
Just having made a haircut, another mate walked into his room right away. Li said with a smile, “Ok, no problem. Sit down, please .”
Since Li knows how to cut hair, he has kept the haircut tool for the drilling team, which has become his another “treasure” .
Whenever someone comes to him for haircut, he is always available, and gradually becomes more skillful in haircut. Now, he can make various satisfactory hair styles as required. All the colleagues praise him as the “senior image designer”. Even the Kazakhstan employees come to have haircut for his reputation.
